Pretty unlikely Bruce will ever leave. His past barbecue reputation will almost assuredly keep him out of the discussion for blue blood programs. It isn't worth giving up what all he would build to go for anything less. He's got a super legit thing at Auburn, stupid to leave

Plus Bruce is getting up there in age, i don't think he can do this all over again

Bruce can not only sell it, the committee believed he could follow it up. Imagine having competitive Big 3 sports teams plus some stellar women's teams to throw out there too. Somebody would have to send JJ an apology card from the rant.

The worry is Bruce builds a program at Auburn and the NBA needs a coach and off he goes. But that is always going to be the risk with a great coach in any sport. And if he builds a good enough program don't believe the BBQ thing would stop a big name BB school from trying.
