He is DEFINITELY killing it on the recruiting trail! And, yes! It is very exciting to see it.

There are always growing pains with young players. Hopefully it will pay off in a year or two.

And there is a legitimate complaint about Richt. He came from FSU where the philosophy was to recruit skill players and try to develop the rest. it didn't work out well the last few years.

While not big time play makers, I was surprised to see how many WR's we have that are 6'1" or taller. Shocked, really.

We should all panic if we are struggling in 3-4 years with those teams. He shoudl have a handle on the coaching nuances by then, and hopefully have a roster full of talented players.

If he isn't what we had hoed as a coach, at least we will have a talented roster for the next guy.
