Part of being a championship head coach is competent roster mgmt and elite recruiting. Richt was incompetent in that regard, and maybe because of complacency, and his lack of drive in regards to football.

I didn't hear any complaints about roster deficiencies until Kirby took over.
But, oh well. Y'all got your wish of Richt being fired, so y'all get to write the history I guess.
I'm expecting a quick, noticeable turn around next year. Onward.
