On Texas just north of SW. I lived over there so after failing an exam and dipped cone would lift my spirits.

There's one on Texas by Southwest Pkwy. But there's no possible way it is famous.

No troll and not being stupid. He actually told me this but to be fair, when LSU was recruiting Harvey Williams, that was supposed to be a hang out for him so presume that is why he mentioned it.
