So Kiffen screwed Bama by passing the ball, but then he screwed Bama by running the ball. I don't follow.

More like they were content with a 33-14 lead and ran the clock out with over 10 minutes left in the game, and you didn't do a particularly great job of stopping that. 14 straight run plays with over 7 minutes ran off the clock,
