I think I read earlier today that Alabama's coach wanted to cancel or postpone the game because 7 of our 11 players were injured. Vandy refused, so we still managed to play the game.

Congrats Vandy. It would only be about 20 more years that our tradition of championships was born. Jan 1, 1925 we beat UW in the Rose Bowl. Bear Bryant was 13 years old listening to it on the radio and decided he would go to Bama that day. History was made that would change Alabama football forever. Coach Wade to coach Bryant and then to coach Saban cause I'm sure without Bear Bryant we don't get Saban.

Thanks for bringing up CFB history. We have so much of it.

This is true. Where was that SIAA depth? Sounding like a bunch of UT fans now. 7 of 11? 17 of 22? What's with all the excuses?
