Isis did indeed begin with the start of the Congressionally approved War in Iraq but gained prominence while Barack Obama was in charge of the war/withdrawal. Foreign policy failures from the last 7 plus years jump started the problems we face in the Middle East currently. Rather you like him or not Donald Trump is 100% correct when he says foreign leaders have played Obama and Clinton like a fiddle. Poor ole Qaddafi, if he would have just donated to the Clinton Foundation he would still have his country.
