IDK what the frick any of that means but at the end of 1983 on through forever that song has been enormously popular. it was cool and contemporary enough still decades later for Snoop to sample it for Drop It Like It's Hot and obviously too cool for you. I guarantee you one thing if I went to your mom's house and played it she would shake her junk.

Trust me Mom doesn't like much after Sinatra and D'Martin what with the Alzheimer. And that limp from a broken hip makes shaking junk pretty much an everyday thing.

Dude every music afficiado knows the "day the music died" was when ==> Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J. P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson went RIP (lesser known February 3, 1959) you some kinda commmie pinko fig ?

And although much of the 80's are still a blur; that one didn't make the playlist (cassette case) in my hood. By the time of endless Tom Petty, techno, electronic whatever, and the disco craze went year three, everyone around here grabbed their instruments and headed outdoors to be the other white horse crowd, brewed up some homemade tea, and if lucky did a little skinny dip with a non-pimped up gal. Not to say I never heard your song. Maybe just me.... but some over-hyped cocaine themed 80's ditty doesn't seem fit... or get me going.

Snoop who ?

( new coach at georgia ? )
