You see this is the problem with young people. It's not all about the money. Les is a coach thatswhat he is in His soul. It's his identity. Why do you think guys like Bowden, Bear, Paterno coach for so long. They had more than enough money. If it was about money Les could have left last year and saved the heart ache. Carried off the field by his players. Instead he chose to come back and do what he was born to do. Most of us will never get that profound sense of completeness knowing who and what you are your calling. I feel terrible for him and hope he gets an opportunity to coach not just anywhere but somewhere he will be successful and feel like he belongs.

I like Les. I don't feel sorry for Les.

College football is a business. He knows its a business and he didn't make changes. He got quite a clear warning shot last year and the product was even worse so far this year.
