2008, Tennessee loses to Wyoming 7-13. Fulmer fired after a 5-7 season. Although that was the final loss of an already bad regular season, that was the ultimate nail in the coffin that got Fulmer fired and began the downward spiral of sub-mediocrity that we Tennessee fans have gotten to endure and enjoy over the last 8 years.

That was the final nail, but really it was a done deal by then. You too are missing the point.

Either UCLA killed your program or UF did earlier that year. I am not a Tenn fan so I don't know which one did it.
