Gotta say, the Bama entourage, especially #6, should have gotten a dressing-down from Saban. You're not his fan section, kids. You're his bodyguards. Your job is to watch for OM players moving in to tackle him. Had the OM player been just a touch quicker or stronger, he could have stopped Allen inside the five. He just slipped right past the upraised arms of #6. In a properly-executed situation, he would have been blocked out of bounds before reaching Allen.

Agreed 100%. I was not happy about that, I'm sure it will come up this week.

The more likely scenario, IMO, is a strip fumble. If it went through the endzone for a touchback, that would have been devastating.

Allen was using the jumbotron as a rear view, saw that guy coming up from behind

Actually, Allen deserves major credit here over and above the interception (it still looks like an interception to me, though "arm-jostling" should be a stat so the guy who hit Kelly could get credit.) Right before the OM guy grabs him, he switches from a one hand grip to two hands against the chest (the name of which is escaping me for some reason despite my old HS coach drilling it in.) He apparently knew the OM guy was right on top of him. Lots of guys would have already raised the football up in victory, so it was a good move.

Edit: Or maybe narddogg is correct and Allen saw it on the jumbotron. Either way, he was paying attention.
