That's classic throwing off back foot... Someone post a YouTube link to confirm.

I do recall seeing a couple of throws off his back foot. I wasn't paying much attention to it but it seemed obvious on at least one throw.

It's easy to tell Eason has been throwing off his back foot for a good majority of his deep throws. He just needs to quit being jerked around between 1st and 2nd team and Kirby just needs to go all in on Eason. The sooner the game can slow down for him the sooner his mechanics will clean up and we'll see better pocket presence and overall play.
