He has a good arm. He needs people to get open and needs to see the field and read his progressions. That improves with experince, but it is not a guarantee. There are dudes with rocket arms who can't see the field.

His vision needs to improve as well as his pocket awareness and patience to go through his progressions. All of that should improve with more reps.
