You can tell he has the arm strength by watching the intermediate throws. They're on a rope. He doesn't need to arch them to get them where they need to be.
The big thing I have noticed so far is the number of his deeper throws that don't have a good spiral. That can impact accuracy and catchability.

He has a good arm. He needs people to get open and needs to see the field and read his progressions. That improves with experince, but it is not a guarantee. There are dudes with rocket arms who can't see the field.
