I also find it strange that when she "fainted" and was dragged into that van, none of her handlers batted an eye. If she passed out unexpectedly, you'd think they would have had a greater sense of urgency with what they were doing instead of focusing in on blocking the scene from bystanders. It's almost as if that's a routine occurrence and they weren't caught off guard by it. Also, if she was being treated for possible dehydration as a result of her sickness, why wouldn't they have taken her to a hospital? Just doesn't make sense.
