That confirms it! We are definitely in a rebuilding phase.

Matter said $100,000,000-$150,000,000 football practice facility, which would literally be the best in Midwest and one of the best in the country.

Look at how sweet Iowa's is and it cost $55,000,000 LINK

Kentucky's is impressive and it cost $45,000,000 LINK

If we are going to spend 2-3 times that amount it will be INSANE!

If we don't frick it up. The boosters are dropping the cash. Time for the coaches and players to back it up.

Thank god Rhoades left. He was going to frick this up badly.

Mack Rhoades’ plan @ #Mizzou focused on facility for all sports located where current MATC is. Sounds like Sterk has attn solely on football

Also sounds as if South end zone project, or at least something added on to/near Faurot is again a possibility. Nothing decided yet.

South end zone concept could still be on the table for Mizzou facility. Pinkel wanted it. Odom wants to explore the idea. He has Sterk's ear

As I posted above, if the budget really is $150,000,000 then surely this has to be a South end zone project right? Or are we really going to go balls to the wall and build the most expensive and impressive football practice facility in the country. Seems like a win/win scenario to me.

I was a big time South end zone fan to begin, but the more I think about it the more I like building the greatest in something that truly may take our recruiting to the next level and not need be touched for 20 years.

If that's the budget, then you can add that facility to the South EZ and kill two birds with one stone.

A true football only facility with a wow factor weight room and locker room that also improves the stadium. Both of which we desperately need. Would be huge for recruiting.

Rhoades' plan was absolute horseshite and a waste of money.
