If they were protesting over, say, Hillary becoming president, they'd be praised. Faux patriotism.
I find it funny that you think protesting the flag and anthem, which represents the entire nation, is the same as protesting an individuals beliefs

They are obviously utilizing a national stage to protest for a specific purpose. BLM. They are not protesting against the national anthem. It's simply a mechanism to get a point across.

Again, I may not agree with their beliefs or agree with their actions, but let's not make it into something more than what it is. It's a black lives matter protest, plain and simple. Which is their individual belief.

It is their right because of that flag, that anthem, and this oppressive country. This is just more race baiting bullshite and the fricking left media will shove it down our throat. There are ways to do this without the horseshite they're doing.

Meh, I wouldn't protest this way but it doesn't affect my life one way or another. I didn't grow up black and I never fought for my country. Had I done either I'd probably feel stronger one way or another. I can see freedom of speech and I certainly see people who protect this country not liking it. My father fought in Vietnam and has never had a kind word to say about America.
