I may not agree with Reid in the slightest, but it's his right to call attention to something he feels is important. That's America and that's his right. I've no issue with it.
But screw the right for people to react to it, amirite?

Nah, by all means, that's within.their right as well. I just find it funny. If they were protesting over, say, Hillary becoming president, they'd be praised. Faux patriotism.

I guess they only watch TV and don't actually pay attention to what's really going on. It's sad that the media feeds off of this. It's all politics no one notices that the minute this started playing world wide via the media that it has gotten worse?? Is there an issue with racism sure but it comes from everywhere not just one VS the other it's everywhere. There is no real problem the problem is the ones saying there's a problem. The problem comes from individuals not a whole race. I believe the police have power issues but I don't think it's predicated one way or another hell I know all kinds of people of different races that have been mistreated by the police. Don't act suspicious purposely then complain about it and say but it was a bannana in my pocket. Well if he told you to put ya hands up don't run at him with ya hands in ya pockets dumb arse. This is so freakn dumb, just like the Red/Blue thing in the 80's and 90's and like the east vs west thing. It's all made into a show by the media to get these idiotic reactions. Do we as a nation have issues sure but it's not as though the rest of the world doesn't and there are bigger issues needing address but no ones doing a thing. You are just looking dumb in front of millions of people by doing this. There are other ways to make a difference like going into these bad neighborhoods and calling the people out that don't try and make their own societies better. Go to school get an education instead of slanging dope and then saying there's no hope. Help one another with advice and action showing younger people that there is hope and a way out of that life.
