This sucks. We're replacing Reed, A'shawn, Payne with Payne and Frazier. That is a downgrade. Payne is a monster, but that's one monster replacing 3. Not to mention the leadership that Reed and Robinson provided (we'll get that from Allen and Tomlinson but it will still be missed from the two that left)

Ragland

As good as he was, this one doesn't worry me as much. Foster is a better prospect. He's a more complete player and a better athlete. If he can get guys in the right spot, '16 Foster is a better player than '15 Ragland. We'll also see Evans on the field a lot and he's just a missile. Really came on strong late last season. The line backing group with he and Foster will be the prototype sideline-to-sideline group.

Yea but Foster is not a better run stuffer than Ragland...bottom line is Bama is going to give up a lot more rushing yards this year than normal

That's a solid point on Foster and Evans. Evans looked incredible in the title game. As an LSU fan it was the 2 defensive tackles that were a nightmare. They both could take on and win double teams. It's hard to do anything on offense when your dominated in the trenches.

I think Ragland was better in the mental aspect of the game. I'll be pleasantly surprise if Foster is as good as last year's Ragland.
