Question on UGA vs NC

Hey Everyone...making my first sober trip to a chick-fil-a kick of game this year.
Got my tickets in section 302. Which I technically think is the "home side" and I believe UNC is the "home team".
Does this mean I will be surrounded by nothing but UNC fans?

Maybe... I suspect it to be a 65-35 in favor of UGA crowd. My UNC buddy has been telling me it's been tough on their side to get tickets (which I don't understand). But knowing your luck, you're probably fricked.

Both teams were given the same allotment and both sold out. It was actually the first neutral site game of week 1 in CFB that sold out...I think they have sold-out like 8 outta 11 years very early.

Are you sure 302 is UNC side? Kinda looks like that would be UGA side based on map on stub hub, but could be wrong

Well...StubHub says two things.
1) UNC is the Home Team
2) 302 is on the Home Side
3) It faces the UGA Sideline.
So that's my confusion...

I don't KNOW, but I would maybe guess so.

In that picture, everyone I know who got tickets issued straight from UGA are in the blue section. Your'e more on the left hand side so I'm not sure how far over we extend.

Sometimes at the GA dome they split the crowd by end zone at the 50 yard line. Instead of just down the sidelines.

Both teams sold out their allotments, but UNC sold out only after offering their tickets to the public. I missed getting tix thru UGA but was able to get them at face straight from UNC. I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat. Wouldn't be surprised if the crowd was 70-30 us.
IIRC, most of the UNC tickets for sale then were for section 305 and up. 302 is probably gonna be mostly red.
Edit: After further thought, it'll probably be closer to 80/20. There's an online athens article that says the allotments were not equal. We requested 40k compared to UNC's 15k.

Got my student tickets today with 5 other friends and they are all in section 305, so I can't imagine that's UNC territory.

Yeah I realized my section numbers were off after thinking about it more. In any event I think it'll be moot since the Dome is gonna be very red.

My student tickets are in section 311

Section 309 is where all my friends got student tickets for this year.
So I guess you're right on the other side of the dividing line.

lol if you guys see 3 brown guys getting heckled by UNC fans at section 302...please feel free to help us beat their asses. I never sat in enemy territory before so not sure what to expect...

I bought tix through UNC site and got section 211. And Tissle, I'm pretty sure UNC students and alums are not the arse beating type! Guessing this will be a fun tailgating / game time with the UNC fan base

I feel like it's UNC, this isn't basketball, how obnoxious can they be haha? I'd be more worried about our fans, and the jabronis that are so drunk they have no business being at the game.
TIFWIW, but yesterday on Buck and Kincade, they were saying 75-25, but probably closer to 80-20.
Also, for all those fellas taking their ladies, (or lady posters that are going) don't know when the last time you were at the dome was, but you can't carry purses in anymore. Best leave those in the car unless you want to check it at a stand or go through all that hassle at the gate. I believe you can only use a one gallon ziploc bag. I used to work in Ticket Sales for the Falcons, so I've seen people lose their mind over it. Check the GA Dome or Falcons website for more deets/better clarification
