A lot of the Alabama media did the same back in 2000. It drives revenue because fans want sunshine pumped up their arse.
This thing probably isn't as serious as rival fans make it out to be, nor as innocent as Ole Miss make it out to be.

The difference is that the rat hasn't been murdered yet in Ole Miss' case
