I would call it an epidemic in Kentucky. People dive into the passing lane to go below the speed limit.
Is drivers ed not taught in schools anymore? Do people not know there is a driving lane and a passing lane?
If I have to pass you on the right, you are doing it wrong.

Man, this is so true. Especially in rural areas. Some of our good old boys are determined that the left lane belongs to them and, by golly, they're going to use it whether or not they're keeping up with traffic.
I don't give them the finger, though. Those racked guns are definitely loaded and they may not have gotten Bobbi Jo to spread 'em last night.
