Rents are higher in Bentonville.

I'd rather the market stay tight than get flooded, but I own a house already.

The problem with too many rentals is that landlords often live somewhere else, and they'll fill them with Section 8 if they have to.

I have purchasing power but it's not a buyer's market. The rents are raising and capacity is maxed but the salaries aren't keeping up. The potential result is people leaving the area for the next NWA. If that happens, and the market is flooded with vacancy, it will be much worse for property owners.
