Some of the most talent rich high school districts in the country are in and around Atlanta. Tennessee has to recruit OOS. To high schoolers, that 1990s success is just a hair more relevant than 1930s success. Georgia just can't fall that far.

Knoxville is 3 hours from Atlanta
