Sounds amazing, but looking at his pics coming in, if he is 6'4-6'5, did you relly believe he was 290? I have a feeling he left 290 behind freshman year.

He is listed at 315 on Rock M's depth chart. If he can carry the weight, good on him. 345 is 10 lbs heavier than Orlando Pace weighed at the 1997 combine.

Yeah, we have some big boys. If they can carry it and still move, OK. But some of these weights don't seem healthy to me. Can't be good for their knees and hips.

Nothing about the game of football is good for ones joints, bones, or brains. The reward is college, a little fame, and girls and the cost is the last few decades of mobility.
