Saban spoke on this. The kid is free to transfer to any non SEC school he wants. Saban just isn't going to release a probable starter to another SEC team. Kirby wouldn't either.

Chris Black is going to start at Mizzou. There is either something else going on here or Saban is just being a dick. My bet is on the former.

The whole in-conference transfer rule is dumb. Let the kids go play where they want. Kinda a ****y rule.
