Please help. Can not find anything in the state of Tennessee... Coming from Nashville

Virginia. There is a KOA Park in Wytheville, VA about 90 minutes from Bristol.

It won't be extremely convenient...but Cruise America rents RVs and have rentals in North Carolina...Greensboro may be the closest. It will add another 3 hours to your drive, but it might be your best bet. If they don't have any...you can check Durham or Charlotte.
ETA...you can check Craigslist in the Tri Cities area. Here is one listing I saw:
