You better hope Freeze didn't pay his momma's utility bills.

Otherwise, he's gonna blackmail his way back onto the team.

Quite the quandry the Pastor finds himself in...

You really should wait to find out details before making such a blanket statement. Some states have expanded the definition of domestic violence beyond what is the traditional understanding of that charge.

I don't know one thing about Mississippi law, but in Alabama if you call up someone with whom you have or have ever had a domestic relationship and cuss them out, you can be charged with and convicted of 3rd degree domestic violence.

A couple of years ago, Cyrus Jones was arrested (and later cleared) for 3rd degree domestic violence. His alleged offense? He threw a cell phone. Not at someone mind you, just threw it into the parking lot. Since that phone belonged to someone that fell under the domestic definition, he got a DV charge.

As with many things, the devil is in the details.

You may want him gone, at least in a post, but your coaching staff sure went after Simmons telling him he has a home at Ole Miss if things don't work out at MSU.

By the way, for all the bullshite you put on Dak Prescott, a man of true character who had a beer and a half and passed his field sobriety tests along with his breathalyzer test, a judge just saw all the evidence and threw it out of court and was not happy he even got arrested. Dak didn't lie nor did he try to wiggle out. He was asked if he had any alcohol and he said yes knowing he was sober. No fight with police, no attitude, he just went with the program and then passed his tests.

This wasn't jumping out of windows etc, it was a guy on his way home not at 3am, but early for bed who even the cops admitted he was most compliant.
