Most Important Watershed Moments in SEC History

What I'm looking for is a discussion of the most important plays/game in SEC history. Games that changed the course of programs.
For instance, as a Tennessee fan, I look at the 2001 SEC Championship against LSU as a watershed moment. It propelled LSU into the national spotlight, and more importantly marked the end of UT being a premier program. What are some other similar moments?

The first response is always an a-hole who thinks he's a lot funnier than he really is

I misspoke. I was referring more to UT being terrible and just recently becoming competitive again.

FLorida over Ohio State for the national title.
Catapulted the SEC into a decade of dominance. And has helped in the marketing/recruiting of the conference and enhanced the narrative of southern players being like some sort of alien of speed and force that doesn't appear anywhere else in the country according to Gary Danielson

that's not being an a-hole
what in the frick has tennessee done to be a premier program right now? Win offseason awards then underachieve?
And this says a lot coming from an LSU fan where we have seemingly underachieved for a while

Don't worry,
The third or fourth response is always some douche who takes this stuff way to seriously
