Nailed it! The man is OCD about preparation - ask anyone who has coached for him. His "process" is grounded in preparation and then using that preparation to execute your fricking job.

That "process" trickles down from Saban to his coaching/administrative staff to his players on down to the people fixing food/drinks to the folks working the phones and on down to the guys picking up the trash & washing the towels.
