He didn't tie Southern Cal for the BCS national championship in 03. LSU won the BCS national championship over Oklahoma.

Just looked it up. 2 polls has Southern Cal as the national champs & 2 had Louisiana State. I think the ones that counted had LSU as the champs. What threw me off was I saw an ESPN presents on Southern Cal in that era & they were saying Southern Cal won the national championship. (Which is bull crap if you compare how tough the SEC is compared to whatever the hell conf Southern Cal is in)
