LSU was ranked like #7 and just got ambushed. Never recovered from the opening kickoff return for a TD. Season was the beginning of the dark days for LSU football. Archer was gone after 89 then ugh Hallman put us deeper in a hole

Both teams played one another like 40 times before that year. I did not realize you played them out of conference that much. What year did you hire DiNardo?
