He could sue, but then all the ole miss good ole boys in the Mississippi court system would ban together and further discriminate against him.
So the question is would the Supreme Court hear his case or are they like the rest of the nation and dgaf?

Didn't one of the Supreme Court judges give a speech at msu. Maybe she will be sympathetic.
