He wants to be a champ, not a chump.

Like mullaney, he will be the guy that gets first downs. Kiffin has a plan for every receiver and puts them in great matchup situations.

Midwestern football serves an important role for college and then pro football. This kid, Luke Kuechly, JJ Watt and about a thousand other great players would not have even made their high school football team if they lived in Florida, Geaorgia or anywhere in the south. With playing time, coaching and some time to develop and catch up they end up great. In the south they'd be a third baseman.

I just wonder how often he is going to get on the field. Who do you put him over?

Ridley? Hell no

Stewart? No

Ro. Foster? Prob not

He'll play a lot, just like them.

May not start, or maybe two of them will share a spot and he'll have one too. I don't know.

I just know it's crazy to think that we could go 5 wide with Ridley/Foster/Howard/Stewart/Dieter

Question for the Vol fans...does Moseley draw this assignment again?

No. Martin was injured in Fall Camp and he's the starting corner opposite Sutton. Also, our db coach was suspended that game for a bump rule infraction.

To me this guy is proof that coaches waaaaay undervalue hands. There are so many guys out there who blow coaches away with athleticism but if you watched this guy play last year he simply caught the ball if it was within arms reach. Glad to see him get a shot at the big time.

I would put him over Ardarius Stewart before anyone else. That guy has a big problem with drops, although he makes some pretty big plays sometimes. He's like a poor man's Sammie Coates, IMO.

I don't know why you're getting so many down votes. What you wrote is 100% true. Stewart will make a spectacular play and then turn right around and drop one that his him right in the hands.....

He has a nice burst of speed as well. Quicker than you think.

This guy can stretch the field way more than Mullaney. I don't think he plays slot.

Lol at "prob not" for Foster, yet sterns "no" for Ardarius and Ridley.

Last I checked before injury Foster was our best wideout.

And he gets triple covered and isn't the least bit effective?

Every WR Bama has back was there when Mullaney made the same decision.

Do you know how ignorant this sounds? Just because these guys are white doesn't mean they haven't been better than 99% of the black kids in their hometowns their entire lives. The kid that just transferred out of LSU set all sorts of state receiving records iirc, Riley Cooper was a monster in high school, white defensive linemen and linebackers come out of the southeast every year to play in the SEC...just so much ignorance in that statement.
