No doubt. Fiancé is a nurse, she comes home yesterday and tells me they get patients all the time that come in and say they have terrible pain and they need pain meds. Majority of them are on Medicaid. "If a patient says they're in pain, you have to respect that and provide medication." They take the bottle of Meds and go sell it on the street. Essentially, the government is funding a ramped drug business. Just astounding.
