Other bizarre field namings. Why do they pronounce it Jurdan-Hare?

As a guy with the name Jordan. It is just a way old southern people pronounce it. I have pretty much only heard it from people that are 70+ these days.
We will put it on the list with "Larn Mower", "Idear", and "Raymen Noodles"
