and the NCAA won't forget the the Tunsill draft day saga proves Ole Miss lied during the long arse investigation that led to them write the response in conjunction with the NCAA assistance. That's the death knell here...you thought you had it all wrapped up and then the NCAA finds out your AD forgot the part about the "agreed upon amount", utility bills etc.. You are busted on lieing to the organization that investigated you. Boom.
