Landed QB Jacob Free earlier this month and apparently have another commit from this weekend waiting to go public. Nice last 10 days after a painfully slow start to recruiting.

Going to be hard to pull a top 25 class. Couple of 4* that's VU has a good shot for and maybe a guy like Odeyingbo gets a bump. VU is only looking to sign about 15 this year, 2nd small class in a row.

Adam Sparks will be a good one. He showed out at the New Orleans satellite camp and got LSUs attention.

His older brother Dare Odeyingbo was a RS Fr this past season, showed some promise & likely to get a bunch of PT this year.
Oddly enough Jalen Pinkey is the younger brother of Jared Pinkey who was a RS TE in the same class as Dare. VU will have 3 sets of brothers on the team in 2017.

15? Did you guys redshirt everybody and have no attrition for the last few years? Has the quality of these recruits gone up compared to the previous classes?

^the above count doesnt distinguish true from rs in all counts.
This is the current class count. Fairly low attrition over the last couple of years. A few commits from the Franklin years have left and the normal bunch have graduated.

Mason appears to be playing people very early. 11 of the 19 freshman signed in 2015 played last year. I imagine it will be the same kind of numbers this year for the 2016 class.

The 2017 season could be really good. That is a ton of potential upperclassmen. Mason is a really good defensive coach. If he can figure the rest out then Vandy could make a move.

If Vandy had scored 15 points in two games (WKU and Florida) Vandy would have been to a bowl last year.
