I agree that it was a dumb quote, but how does it "cloud" anything?

It appears that his decision to prosecute in part was based on factors that were not was a law broken and can we prove it.

I'm not sure why Bama fans are so defensive on this- I don't and I'm sure most (ok rational people) don't blame Bama etc for this. It's a stupid DA being a fanboy and willingly admitting to the public that them being football players weighed into his decision. That's what makes it cloudy.

Who cares about football players and AL anymore?

I am fairly far removed from Ouachita Parish, but I am embarrassed for my state.

LA politics is known the world over for it's corruption, and IMO, it is present in this case, probably on the back end by an agent in LA, but that's beside the point too.

The man allowed himself to be taped making a comment that sets our legal system and society back 150 years. I think Paul Finebaum, of all people, really summed it up best on his show yesterday.
