LINK Someone posted this on FB last night. 'Cliff Notes' version is 14 yr old girl was raped, got pregnant and wanted to keep/have baby. Grandparents said they'd help. 2-1/2 days after the baby's birth, state DHR takes child away.

Its gotten Snopes attention, FWIW, who has it as 'unconfirmed.' Strange story and if accurate is just horrible. But you can't help but think there is a little more to the story.

I'd bet there's a lot more to the story. It takes an act of God just to get DHR employees to do routine welfare checks on time. If they're actually taking custody of the kids, there's more going on here.

from the grapevine (facebook) i read that she was raped by a relative, who is a convicted sex offender, and was living with the grandma that the 14 year old lived with. if that is the case, i can see why they took the child but along the same lines why isnt he in jail

That pos officer in the story is a huge example of what's wrong with this country. he should be fighting to protect that mother and baby; instead he helped them kidnap the baby and eventually the mother and her brother. That pos officer hates freedom as much as Obama. You are either for us or against us.
