The funny part is his manifesto goes out the window considering no one went to Tuscaloosa as well

The best stadiums in the state were in Birmingham and Jackson.

I still very much remember going to the crappy games at Bryant Denny being a little band box as a 3-4 year old as they were building the first deck.

He's an idiot.

Tuscaloosa was a bit easier to access back then, but the stadium was small, relative to Legion Field. Alabama made more money playing big games in Birmingham, even decades after the interstates were completed.

After BDS expanded to 70k, Legion Field even added a deck and expanded capacity to 83,000 to keep them from moving those games.
