Tre Williams-maybe

Kerryon Johnson-I heard a lot of "he's not cut out to be a SEC RB"

Prince Tega- y'all weren't even really in that one

Jovon Robinson- y'all couldn't insult him because y'all had just got done bragging about landing him

Roc Thomas- I remember a lot of butt hurt Bama fans on this one. But a lot were still saying they wanted him.

It was more of a "our staff didn't make him a priority." Which seems somewhat true. (I think he is going to be very good, similar to Kenyan Drake, but what do I know?)

Our fans liked him a lot. And we didn't call him a character risk when he went where most thought he would.

We could have said he "lied to the coaches" or any of the other excuses typically used by the losing team in a recruiting battle.

I don't .

This was a case where our staff went all in for Fournette and Scarbrough and only got Scarbrough. Even when we tried to get in late on Roc Thomas's recruitment, he shut the door to us, and I don't recall very many Bama fans insulting him or questioning his character.

In any case, none of those guys were called headcases or had their character brought into question during their recruitments. Therefore, it is disingenuous to say that we are only calling Askew a character risk because he is a highly recruited player spurning Bama. FWIW when Pruitt first moved to Bama, it was looking like we might land Askew, and none of us changed our tone.
