Of course he would survive. Like it or not, the biggest crime by far is the Saunders mess. Without that the rest of this would almost certainly result in minor punishment. If there is any scheming by other coaches or ADs then they fire them and move on, though I don't know that they get the proof they need.

Can he maintain? I dunno, its a challenge no matter what, ask Malzahn and Miles. Things can start to get away from you and Ole Miss isn't a traditional powerhouse. I think he can keep us competitive in the long term regardless but who knows.

It is, and people don't want to acknowledge that it happened a long time ago, was under a different staff/administration, and was minor compared to what Saunders was doing at ULL.

After that it's Tunsil and the FCA carpooler.
