So obviously I don't really watch it very often but Arizona has 3 runs and the bases loaded this inning and I'm not sure they've hit the ball past the pitcher's mound.
Do we suck at D or is this some kind of strategy to hit the ball like two feet and be able to beat out the throw?

That many infield hits is basically luck. We are playing pretty well, but Arizona is getting the brakes right now.

It wasn't luck.
We played bad tonight. Our shortstop struggled.
We were 2 for 23 at the plate. You can't win doing that.
Arizona beat our arse.

Tough to argue against Myer's success, but I'm tired of him pinch hitting for Draper so much. You need base runners, she's the fastest girl on the team, and you sub her for a sophomore who looked scared shitless before she saw the first pitch. 3 pitches later, game over.

Yep. That girl was dealing for Arizona tonight and their slap hits were working. Sometimes the bounces go your way sometimes they don't. Tonight they didn't. Don't count these girls out though. They have now only lost 10 games this year. Tomorrow will be tough but it is definitely do able. LSU won two today after losing their first on Friday to move on.

The damn bases are way to close, I think the are the same distance as Tee Ball. The distance to the bases needs to be at least 5 feet longer.

I'm sure we'll see the same pitcher today so hopefully Clint has a different game plan. Maybe try to slap a little more. Get some more runners on and force some things then get to someone else in game 3.

Glad the bats finally woke up. Hopefully Walters starts game 3. Corey Myers is a moron for bringing your go-to pitcher all year in in such a late, dumb situation last night. She's saved their arse so many times. Should have been in by the 4th or started. Arizona doesn't hit well and she throws strikes.
