I disagree. It is a great play for that situation. The DB is tired and rattled. If the ball gets there it is a relatively high % play as far as passes go and the clock stops if you miss it.

Like I said if you are going to run that play in that situation go ahead and spike the ball.The timing of the
of the play looked a little off along with MM's spacing.
The DB looked neither fooled or gassed although I've heard that reasoning before.

I would like to hear what KS would have to say about the play and situation.
