I've heard that it has been 6 spread over the last 2 years but I have no idea how that works or if it's true. Should be in out NOA reply.

What do you mean? OM only signed 19 scholarship players on NSD?
We are currently carrying 6 less than the maximum number of scholarship players on the team. That's what I meant.
