You don't get paid?

Yes, I get paid. By people that voluntarily open their wallets and choose to give me some of their money. As a government worker, I realize this type of natural and moral transaction is probably a foreign concept to you.

Anyway, look. By commandeering Memorial Day and changing it to "Tax Payer Appreciation Day", I'm still leaving you with all the other military holidays. There's like a hundred of them. Hell, i believe the entire month of May is military appreciation month or some bullshite. So, I think it's fair to say that you're being a little greedy and petulant about this whole thing.

You know what, you're right. I have it backwards. I'm no longer a soldier but I'm still a government employee so thank you Jeffy. I'm taking my son to Disney right now so please allow me to send a heart felt thank you for paying for our trip. As a matter of fact I may even buy him an overpriced toy with your money. I would send you a thank you card but I don't have much confidence in your rural post office. I mean...I'm personally spending your taxes today so your local post office is probably a dump.
