We just got a pop-up tailgating table for our BGE MiniMax yesterday, so we're doing a dry run with it and the XL Egg. I put on a Boston Butt overnight with some peach and hickory wood going to do some Mac & cheese and Italian cut green beans.
I'm about to cube up a second Butt to put in the grinder make breakfast sausage, later today.
