There are a lot of acts that could be classified as a felony but probably should be a misdemeanor. The DA applying sound judgment on charges is needed


Possession of a stolen firearm isn't borderline misdemeanor. That is a felony and a huge fricking deal.

lol, just because you really need that to be the case doesn't make it true. Robinson only has to provide a reasonable explanation of how the gun came into his possession, the charge will be reduced. Its perfectly legal to get a gun used, from someone that's not an ffa holder, and it's reasonable to have to assume any gun you get that way is stolen. Cam has no record of any kind, will be plead down to lesser charge, no jail time, probably a fine and community service
