I know it isn't right by the letter of the NCAA's law, but not all of these guys are tpos that blow through the money, some actually look out for their loved ones. It's not, nor it should be, a child's responsibility to take care of a household, but some circumstances are not in their control. I don't think many really blame the players, its the schools, NCAA and the boosters that are really at fault.
